HOPE has been established to organize volunteers to fulfill the mission and vision of Hawthorn Academy.

• HOPE shall help provide the students of Hawthorn Academy the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through supporting cooperative interaction of parents, teachers, administrators, faculty and community.

• HOPE shall support extracurricular activities and special events to enhance the learning experience of the students.

• HOPE will coordinate and manage committees that will help raise the funds for extracurricular activities, special events, and for other areas of need in the school.

• HOPE will coordinate the efforts of volunteers, for classroom help, class activities, field trips, assemblies, and other volunteered-based activities.

• HOPE will work together with Hawthorn administration, faculty, staff and the Board of Trustees to create an atmosphere of respect and responsibility.
