Did you know that volunteer hours help the school qualify to receive important grants that help fund our school? We ask that each family volunteer 30 hours during the school year, and good news, HOPE offers many ways for you to achieve this goal!

Use this link to record your volunteer hours by clicking on 'Record Hours/Review Past Hours Volunteered'
Use this link to find upcoming volunteer opportunities, signing up is easy, you just click on "I'll Do This" from the 'Check For Upcoming Opportunities' page
Use this link to update your interest form to those activities you are interested in. HOPE will send emails from time-to-time to volunteers, from HelpCounter, which will include links to sign up to volunteer.

Complete the application and submit
Select Hawthorn Academy - West Jordan (South Jordan family's - pick the West Jordan campus when creating your account).
Wait at least 24 hours and you should get a confirmation email so that you can log in from home. If you do not receive confirmation, please email us at hope.wj.hawthorn@gmail.com
Logging in while on Campus - Use the computer stationed within the office area at each campus. Simply find your name and log in. Logging in and Logging out from this computer will track your hours automatically in HelpCounter. You will also receive a volunteer sticker, which you will wear while on the school grounds.
